5. Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, however due to the nature of our limited handcrafted range we do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty. We do not accept returns on custom or personalised items. Please see our Returns page for further information.

Limitation of Liability: As per the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 liability to Riverside Gallery for any loss, damage or injury arising directly or indirectly from any defect or non-compliance of the goods supplied is limited to replacement or repair of such goods or damages. Such liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the defective or non-complying goods at the option of Riverside Gallery. Riverside Gallery shall not be liable for any consequential indirect or special damage or loss of any kind whatsoever.
