We currently only ship within New Zealand.

Shipping rates are determined by size, fragility and weight of the product.

Shipping time frames can vary but we endeavour to dispatch within 2 days.

Pick up is available from our location at 42 Cornish Point Rd, Bannockburn, Cromwell.

If you wish to purchase online and arrange local pick-up feel free to email us to arrange a time that suits.

Returns

Generally speaking we are unable to accept returns unless there is a genuine fault with the product. Please use the pick up option if you are unsure of your purchase in any way.

Most of our goods are handmade, bespoke items that are individually unique so please understand that small variations do occur.

This is the beauty of the crafts we curate.

If your item is faulty or damaged please contact us within 7 days to arrange a return. Note that for hygiene reasons we are unable to take returns of earrings.
